Autyn strives to maintain accuracy rates above 95% for document classification and data extraction tasks, though individual results may vary based on document quality and complexity.

Autyn reserves the right to audit User access and usage patterns for security or compliance purposes.
Autyn targets 99.5% uptime during business hours (6 AM - 8 PM CT, Monday-Friday) and will provide status updates during any service disruptions affecting mortgage operations.

You must validate all information with your lender partners before relying on it for disclosures, preapprovals, underwriting, or loan decisions.
Autyn may integrate with LOS, POS, CRM, credit vendors, or workflow tools such as Arive, Encompass, Zapier, or other systems.

You must ensure you have legal authorization to transmit or access borrower data through any integrations.

Autyn may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or displayed upon login with 30 days advance notice for material changes affecting service availability or user obligations.
Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
